About The Ray E. Martin Memorial Fund

Our Purpose

As described in The Ray E. Martin Memorial Fund Certificate for Incorporation, the fund's purpose is to:

Raise money through donations, charitable events, and fundraising activities to enable an annual contribution or scholarship to a person, persons, or groups in need of financial assistance. Contributions to the fund may be used for educational, religious, social, civic, and/or any benevolent purpose.

The Board Of Directors

A Board of Directors has been established to manage the financial activity(collection and distribution) of the fund and to provide the necessary reporting and documentation that the State of Texas requires.

Today's Board of Directors includes: Benjamin E. Martin, Krishelle (Driskill) Hicks, and Ashley (Carter) Brown.
